Paula Buitendag is a dance teacher,  

Her passion for dance began with ballet, she joined the Royal Academy of Dance at the age of 4, achieving distinctions through out her 14 years as a ballerina. 

 

Wanting to work with children and combine her love for dance, Paula's dream to start a dance school in Stellenbosch was realised early on. After finishing high school, she began her studies with the Royal Academy of Dance, completing her Certificate in Ballet Teaching studies. At the age of 21, after teaching dance classes privately for 4 years, Paula Buitendag became the proud owner of Paula’s Academy of Dance. 

 

Currently, Paula Buitendag is a dance teacher for some of the best schools in Stellenbosch and is very passionate about growing her own academy. Paula is focusing on creating fun, inspiring dance classes for children in the Cape Town and Stellenbosch areas.

She strives to inspire young children and teenagers to find their own passion for dance and enjoy all the positive attributes that come with it, never losing sight of putting a joy for dance first.
