We offer dance lessons in Cape town and Stellenbosch, which can be held privately or as an extra school activity.
Our passion is to uplift young children through dance, in a safe and fun environment. Our dance lessons provide discipline, routine, exercise, enjoyment and development.

HIP-HOP

Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking which was created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States.
MODERN
/mŏd′ərn/
A free expressive style of dancing that developed in the early 20th century as a reaction to classical ballet. In recent years it has included elements not usually associated with dance, such as speech and film.
BALLET

An artistic dance form performed to music, using precise and highly formalised set steps and gestures. Classical ballet, which originated in Renaissance Italy and established its present form during the 19th century, is characterised by light, graceful movements and the use of pointe shoes with reinforced toes.
CONTEMPORARY

A genre of dance performance that developed during the mid twentieth century and has since grown to become one of the dominant genres for formally trained dancers throughout the world. Although originally informed by and borrowing from classical, modern, and jazz styles, it has since come to incorporate elements from many styles of dance.
